All about Bowling Membership

Our Culture

Seaforth Bowling Club is known as the friendliest club on the Northern Beaches, with good reason.

Whatever your age, background or bowls ability you will be welcomed into the club and soon become part of our family.

Friendly Bowlers
Members cameraderie

We offer a unique blend of high-quality facilities, competitive bowling, and a warm, inclusive social atmosphere. Whether you are an experienced bowler or completely new to the game, our club provides an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued

When we bowl

Our organised bowling days are Tuesdays through Saturdays, although the greens are open at any time for you to practice or organise a friendly game with another member.

Visitors from other clubs are also welcome to join us for a friendly social game.  Just phone us on the club’s phone number and we’ll make sure you get a great game.

Bowlers on Green

Organising a game is as simple as phoning our bowls office on the morning of the game, and putting your name down.

Competition Play

Seaforth Bowling Club are active participants in our region, which is Metro North-East Region of Bowls NSW.

We compete – often successfully – in several grades of Single Gender Men and Women’s Pennant events, as well as Open Gender events.

Membership of the club entitles you to compete in Seaforth colours at all regional, state and national events.

Internal Competition Scoreboard

We all have a full calendar of internal competitions, from which are found the Men’s and Women’s Club Champion, Champion Pairs, Triples and Fours.

There are also a number of lower-key fun events throughout the year.

Ideal for Beginners

If you are new to lawn bowls, Seaforth Bowling Club is an excellent place to start. The club has qualified teachers who are happy to introduce beginners to the art of lawn bowling. They will help you develop your skills, understand the rules, and gain confidence so you can comfortably take part in both social games and club competitions.
